As one of PN’s oldest clients, Zale played a large role in determining the company’s destiny in custom manufacturing. PN’s relationship with Zale began in the late 1980s when PN founder, Eddie Lee, was sourcing and producing PWPs, GWPs and giftware for major retailers. While working in the family restaurant, Eddie met a senior representative of Zale, and they discussed custom jewelry boxes and porcelain for the Zale Division. Over a 2-3 year time span various products were designed, developed and delivered to Zale. All were on time and of the quality that Zale expected.
PN’s business with Zale didn’t end with jewelry boxes and porcelain. In the early 1990s, Zale Corp was looking for a more reliable source for their displays than the domestic manufacturers they had been working with.  Top notch quality and on-time delivery were the most important criteria, but they also desired to reduce overall costs.  PN was extremely successful in helping Zale Corp achieve their goals and delivered their first order for 100 stores, on time and under budget. This was the first jewelry display order for a major retailer produced off-shore.  This began a successful partnership that has lasted for over two decades.
Over the last twenty years, PN has designed and/or manufactured a variety of display and visual merchandising programs for Zale. The breadth of work is vast, and includes displays for jewelry, watches, vitrines, and windows, as well as branded displays. Recent projects include the Celebration Diamond and Artic Brilliance displays.
Zale has been a great business partner for PN because of a mutual desire for teamwork and collaboration. In fact, some of PN’s account executives worked for Zale for years before joining the PN family. PN looks forward to growing and evolving with Zale for many years to come.
