Xue Peng Wu joined the PN team in 1999 after starting two successful restaurants. He brought with him a strong sense of work ethic and self-discipline, traits which are vital to the success of the operations department. He strongly emphasizes teamwork to the operations team, telling them that everyone must work together and pay attention in order to maintain inventory accuracy. These skills were put to the test when he had to move the PN inventory to the new warehouse in 2001, but the inventory was moved quickly and accurately in only two weeks.
Naturally, Wu enjoys cooking in his free time and tries to develop dishes that are beautiful as well as delicious. He also loves basketball, ping pong, and travelling to Florida.
