Carolyn Bachmann became a buyer for Marriott Hotel gift shops just after graduating from college, which led a buying position with for Zale Corp for ten years. This strong retail background gives her a wealth of knowledge about the buying process that helps her understand her clients’ display needs. She is deeply committed to customer service and still keeps a copy of the purchase order from her first million-dollar order from over twenty years ago. She says she enjoys working at PN because of the constant learning opportunities and the fact that no two days are ever alike.

Carolyn enjoys Oklahoma State University football with her family and traveling to warm places. She’s a dog lover and currently has one black Labrador, Magic, though she has recently developed a love for tiny miniature Schnauzers.
